Deposit and Fees:
$100 Non-refundable cleaning fee
$200 Refundable security deposit
$100 Non- refundable pet deposit
***$10 Parking (Costa Bella may charge guest parking fee per car/per day)
The security deposit is refunded within a week after condo is inspected to determine losses or damages.
Cancellations & Refunds: There are no refunds under any circumstances! Unforeseeable problems such as power or water outages, poor weather, and noisy neighbors may rarely occur. Furthermore, there are no refunds for leaving early. Lastly, renters will forfeit the full deposit if they cancel.
Reservations Process:
Step One:
»Check availability. If dates are available, fill out form completely and submit.
Continue and make payment with Pay pal.
"Please note reservation is not complete until Payment is received"
Step Two:
»Once form and payment is received, we will make contact; answer any questions and share all arrival information including contact information of local property manager
